Week #3 of the WellQuest Challenge and I hope it is going well so far.
This week's Wellness Wisdom is about creating a wellness vision for
yourself. A vision is an important part of overall wellness because it
describes how we want our life to be, not just our fitness goals.
When we include fitness as part of a healthy life vision, we can better
balance our lives, which helps makes fitness goals easier to manage!
Its a wonderful cycle that yields great rewards!
